At Bharathi Associates' state of the art plant in Hassan, Karnataka, gherkins undergo a series of process before they are certified fit for the customer's consumption. The company supplies processed gherkins for retail as well as bulk markets.

  • Bulk processing-Grading, sorting, washing, adding preservative, QC approval 
  • Jars - Grading, sorting, washing, washing jars, filling gherkins and spices to jars, adding flavors and preservative, metal detection, capping, vacuum testing, capping, pasteurization, labeling, coding, QC approval.
